Delete your data

RuleFire

RuleFire, by Crowner Technology Inc., has no sign-up and no account. What it holds about you is small, and you can delete it yourself from inside the app. Anything left over, we delete on request within 7 days.

Delete it yourself, in the app

  1. Watched addresses. Receipts tab → scroll to Watched addresses →remove. This deletes the address and every trade, receipt and position derived from it. Nothing on the blockchain changes; that history is public and was never ours.
  2. Recovery email (DexAlert sign-in). Settings tab → Recovery email →Remove the recovery email. The email address is removed from your RuleFire identity immediately.
  3. Rules, alerts and reminders. Rules tab → delete on each rule. The rule stops at once; the alerts it already sent stay in your Activity, as the app says, until you ask us to delete everything (below). Reminders are removed from the position card.
  4. Telegram. Send /stop to @RuleFireBot; the chat link is removed.
  5. Everything, including the identity itself. Uninstall the app. The device secret that ties the remaining rows to you is deleted with it, and nobody, including us, can link those rows back to you afterwards. To have the rows themselves erased as well, use the request below.

Or ask us to delete everything

Email damla.arden@crowner.ca with the subject Delete my RuleFire data. Include the DexAlert email you signed in with, or a link code made in Settings → Use RuleFire on another phone, so we can find your identity — there is no other identifier we could match you by. We delete the identity and every row under it within 7 days and confirm by reply.
